Garlic & Herb Mushrooms
Gluten Free, Vegan
1 Container of small Organic Brown Mushrooms (about 18)
3 tbsp Organic Avocado oil
1 large clove of Garlic
1/8 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
4 leaves of Basil finely chopped
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (white or red, whatever you prefer - I used red)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Skewers (if you wish)
Mix the avocado oil, garlic, parsley, basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add your Mushrooms to the bowl and mix well making sure to coat every mushroom
Place the mushrooms on your skewers and throw em straight on the grill! (no toxic aluminum necessary!)
I leave them on the grill for 5 minutes on medium heat - flip them - and leave them on for another 5 minutes, but depending how cooked you like your mushrooms you can leave them on longer or shorter based on how juicy they get!
If you’re doing this in the oven, preheat it to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes, flip and check after another 5! (375 is literally always my go-to)
Remove from heat and Enjoy!
I like putting these babies on skewers when I cook them for my fam jam so we all equal shares and they’re easier to flip on the BBQ but if you’re doing these in the oven you can just throw them on a stone or pyrex tray and move them around with a spoon halfway through. Alright let’s get cooking!
